2015 Project365 (Day 356)

IMG_1166(1)Today I finished work for Christmas! Hurray! Thank goodness. I am completely shattered and haven’t really had any time off since August.

I had to pick the kids up from the local garden centre and whilst I was there we bumped into Father Christmas who was busy looking at the bunny rabbits! Unfortunately The Little Miss screamed every time he came towards her!

2015 Project365 (Day 355)

21 December 2015My entries over the last few days have been rather brief as my computer has decided to have a nervous breakdown and it needs a new hard-drive.

This is one contented pussy cat. Shame the floor looks wonky though!

2015 Project365 (Day 354)

20 December 2015

Today we celebrated Christmas with my sister and her family as they are off to the UK to spend time with the inlaws.

We had a lovely roast dinner and then opened some presents together.

I love this bunch of people so much. They are some of my very many blessings and am ridiculously grateful for them, however weird they look!

2015 Project365 (Day 352)

18 December 2015

The Little Mister received some fab presents but my friend Rhoda sent him these awesome paints. The paint is contained within the handle of the the brush which means that there isn’t so much mess. Apart from the paint that ended up all around the sink etc.

Such a fab present and kept him entertained for a while.

2015 Project365 (Day 351)

First Nativity

So many firsts are happening these days, especially now The Little Mister is starting pre-school.

Today his Nativity photo was in the local paper. Can you spot him? He is dressed as a sheep and super cute!

Christmas biscuits

I am feeling like I have far too much to do before Christmas and I am starting to stress a bit!

So obviously I thought it was an excellent idea to make some biscuits for the ladies who work at The Little Mister’s pre-school.

They do such an awesome job and they show the children there such genuine love and care. I am hugely in awe of the work they do and massively appreciate their input into our boys life.

2015 Project365 (Day 349)

Comfy?I feel like I have already spent days and days wrapping up Christmas presents.

Before I had children I absolutely loved doing all the wrapping up and I would happily do all my Mum’s for her as well. These days I have Too Much To Do.

We have bought The Little Miss this cute dolly’s bed but Eric seems to think it is a perfect new cat basket. To be honest, I had a feeling that was going to happen!

2015 Project365 (Day 348)

The Little MisterThree years ago today our lives changed in every way. This wonderful little boy made an appearance and he has continued to make us smile.

The Little Mister is funny and smart, opinionated and loving, kind and confident but shy around strangers and in situations he is unfamiliar with. He is becoming ever so chatty and I am starting to hear back the phrases I use with him all the time.

Happy birthday to my best boy. We love you so very much xxxx

2015 Project365 (Day 347)

DIY NativityThe church I attend does a fantastic Nativity service every year.

It is s DIY Nativity and they try to get as many people as possible dressed up. Lots of the kids come dressed up and then as you go in through the doors it is entirely possible the you will end up dressed as a sheep or a king or something before you make it to your seat.

The Little Miss looked particularly wonderful as an angel but The Little Mister point blank refused to wear an amazing donkey costume we had for him!

Here are my niece and nephew worshipping the baby Jesus whilst dressed as donkeys. Marvellous.
