Take That yesterday, the Dorchester Hotel for afternoon tea today.

It was fabulous to get dressed up and go to a lovely posh hotel for a delicious afternoon tea but this little amuse bouche was the star of the meal (in my humble opinion!)

It was a strawberry compote, topped with a strawberry mousse topped with a lime foam and it tasted absolutely divine. When the waitress came to take the plates away she asked us if we had enjoyed it and offered us another one.. initially we turned it down but then accepted… and scoffed a second one each. Truly delicious.
