Lockdown Day 13

13.1It has been the most beautiful day today. I had to go to a pharmacy to collect some medication for a client so I took a long walk to get there. It was quiet, and warm and there were so many birds tweeting away. It was gorgeous.

We spent most of the morning doing some work, and the kids did a little bit of school work. They even did a bit of Cosmic Kids Yoga which they absolutely love.

After lunch we went for a lovely (nearly) 3 mile walk around the local area. We walked down lanes that I have never been down and found a water mill and some Guernsey cows and some gorgeous houses, none of which I would be able to afford! The kids walked really well and it was nice to go exploring toegther.

On the way home we popped into the parish graveyard where The Little Miss had her photo taken with the megalithic menhir and then we went to find the graves for my Mum, my Auntie Jenny who died 2 years ago today and my Uncle Steve who died 20 years ago this July.

I ended the day by taking a little time to sit in the garden, enjoy a cup of tea an read my book. A very unusual break for me!
