2016 Project366 (Day 23)

My babes

These two gorgeous little creatures had me up at 5.15am so I feel like the waking dead today!

I love seeing how they are developing such a beautiful relationship. The Little Mister regularly tells random strangers about his sister, “My Babs”. Very cute. Then she belts him in the face or something.

Soft play

Today our childminder sent me this lovely photo of the kids at the soft play area.

They look so happy it made me smile a lot when I was in the middle of a tricky meeting at work!

2016 Project366 (Day 19)

Are you tired Daddy?

Why on earth would he want to sit on a chair when he has a very comfortable Daddy to sit on?

A comfy seat and Bing Bunny (“I want to watch all of the Bing’s in the whole world Mummy”!) on the TV. What could be better?

2015 Project365 (Day 328)

Pre-schoolThe Little Mister went back to pre-school today after being off for a week unwell.

I received a phone call at 11ish saying that his rash was back up and he had gone all cuddly. By the time I got there he was asleep in the book corner, snuggled up really comfortably. Bless him.

He is definitely on the mend, but I think pre-school was a bit much for him today!

TV dinner

The Little Mister still is horribly rashy and grumpy but I think he is on the mend.

After a lovely long lunchtime sleep they had a TV dinner enjoying watching Planes, his new favourite film.

2015 Project365 (Day 323)

Poor boyOh my poor boy is really suffering this week.

He started out on Sunday evening with a high temperature and since then he has had croup and more high temps every night.

This morning we woke up and he was covered in this horrid, red, itchy rash all down his arms, his torso, back and across his face. The GP seems to think it is slapped cheek.

He seems generally quite cheerful in himself, but I am hoping this clears up soon and he really gets his zing back!

2015 Project365 (Day 307)

Funny faceThis little boy makes me smile so much and today he told my sister that he loved her. There’s nothing quite like being told this by a two year old.

Without a doubt The Little Mister never fails to make me smile and make me cross in equal measures.

Just one of my many blessings.

2015 Project365 (Day 299)

Park LifeThings seem to be going well with the new childminder and it is fab to get nice photos from her during the day when I am at work.

This was one she sent me today. The Little Mister is looking so grown-up these days. He’s turning into such a handsome boy.

2015 Project365 (Day 298)

Ducks

Such a beautiful day today. This morning I walked to church with the children and this afternoon we took them to the park for a bit of scooting and triking.

We also fed the ducks and The Little Mister was very tickled when they would eat the food off his hand.

I love afternoons like this. Time spent with my lovely family. Much needed today as I am feeling a little sensitive and missing my Mum a lot.

Today I am grateful for sunny Autumn days, for a little boy who flies about on his scooter and makes me smile, a husband who is currently in the kitchen mopping the floor and a little girl who is smiley and happy. Life is good.

2015 Project365 (Day 259)

New boss

This morning I took The Little Mister to work with me to open up before I dropped him off at pre-school.

He made me laugh loads as he was sitting at my boss’s desk ‘on the phone’ to Grandpa saying “Hi Grandpa, I going to pre-school in a minute, Love you. Bye.”
